German Chocolate Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1 8 12 oz pkg chocolate wafers crushed about 1 12 c
- 14 c plus 2 Tbsp butter or margarine melted
- 3 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 14 c sugar
- 3 Tbsp cake flour
- 14 tsp salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 4 oz pkg sweet baking chocolate melted
- 14 c evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- toasted coconut optional
- pecan halves optional
- chocolate curl optional
Directions
- Combine wafer crumbs and butter mixing well
- Press into bottom and 1 34-inches up sides of a 9-inch spring-form pan and set aside
