German Potato Salad

Ingredients

• 3 lb cold boiled potatoes
• 12 lb bacon
• 1 medium onion
• 1 small onion
• 2 Tbsp cornstarch
• 34 c sugar
• 1 Tbsp salt
• 34 c vinegar
• 1 c water
• 3 hard cooked eggs
• pepper

Directions

1. Peel potatoes and slice them thin
2. Set aside Cut bacon in squares dice medium onion and fry both together until bacon is crisp
3. Remove bacon and drain on paper
