German Potato SaladKantoffie Salad

Ingredients
- 15 small potatoes
- 1 medium onion chopped fine
- 14 c water
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 14 c sugar
- 12 c vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 14 lb bacon pieces fried crisp
Directions
- Peel potatoes and slice
- Simmer onion in bacon drippings and add flour vinegar sugar water and seasoning
- Mix well all ingredients together and serve warm
