Ingredients
- 12 slices bacon diced and fried until crisp reserve 6 Tbsp drippings
- 3 medium-size onions chopped about 2 c
- 1 c less 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 12 Tbsp sugar
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 34 tsp pepper
- 2 to 3 lb potatoes cooked peeled and cut in 14-inch slices
