German Red Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

• 4 c finely shredded red cabbage
• 2 Tbsp minced onions
• 1 12 tsp salt
• 14 tsp black pepper
• 14 c white wine vinegar
• 34 c vegetable oil
• 1 tsp Accent

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients except cabbage and onions pour over cabbage and onions toss well
2. Chill about 4 hours
