German Upside-Down Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 1 c coconut
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 12 c oleo or butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 lb powdered sugar
Directions
- Spread a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam
- Mix nuts and coconut together
- Spread in bottom of pan
- Mix cake mix according to directions
- Pour over coconut and nut mixture
- Mix butter cream cheese and powdered sugar together
- Spoon over batter and swirl around
- Bake at 350 for 50 minutes
- Turn upside-down onto a plate while hot
- Serves 12
