German VeranicksEasy Way

Ingredients
- 8 oz lasagna noodles boiled for 10 minutes then drained
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 c cottage cheese
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 c buttermilk
- 1 12 oz can milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix everything and place in casserole dish
- Dot with 1 cube butter
- Top with garlic and onion croutons
- Bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour or until crusty brown
