Giant Burger
Ingredients
- 1 12 lb ground beef
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 1 3 oz pkg softened cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp horseradish drained
- 1 can French fried onion rings
Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- Mix meat and salt divide in half
- Pat one half evenly in ungreased 8-inch pie pan
- Mix cream cheese mustard and horseradish spread over meat
- Shape remaining meat into 8-inch circle
- Place on cheese mixture pinch edges together to seal
- Bake 45 minutes
- Place onion rings around meat
- Cut into wedges
