Giant Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lb ground beef
  • 1 12 tsp salt
  • 1 3 oz pkg softened cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp horseradish drained
  • 1 can French fried onion rings

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350
  2. Mix meat and salt divide in half
  3. Pat one half evenly in ungreased 8-inch pie pan
  4. Mix cream cheese mustard and horseradish spread over meat
  5. Shape remaining meat into 8-inch circle
  6. Place on cheese mixture pinch edges together to seal
  7. Bake 45 minutes
  8. Place onion rings around meat
  9. Cut into wedges
