Giblet Gravy

Ingredients
- 14 c butter
- 14 c flour
- 1 c milk
- salt to taste
- giblets cut up and cooked
- 6 eggs boiled and cut up
- chicken broth
Directions
- Melt butter in pan
- Add flour and salt
- Stir until smooth Add milk gradually and stir constantly until thickened
- Makes one cup white sauce
- Bring chicken broth to a boil add chopped giblets and eggs
- Add white sauce and cook until thick
