Giblet Gravy
Ingredients
- 1 boiled egg chopped
- 1 chicken breast 3 livers and 5 gizzards chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 4 Tbsp oil
- 3 Tbsp self-rising flour
- 6 oz chicken broth
- 2 oz hot water
Directions
- In medium saucepan heat oil with soup and mixture of egg and chicken giblets
- When this is simmering mix water and flour using a whisk
- Add this to pan
- Stir well for 2 minutes
- Add chicken broth and let boil for about 5 minutes or until thickens to your satisfaction
