Giblet Gravy

Ingredients

  • 14 c butter
  • 14 c flour
  • 1 c milk
  • salt to taste
  • giblets cut up and cooked
  • 6 eggs boiled and cut up
  • chicken broth

Directions

  1. Melt butter in pan
  2. Add flour and salt
  3. Stir until smooth Add milk gradually and stir constantly until thickened
  4. Makes one cup white sauce
  5. Bring chicken broth to a boil add chopped giblets and eggs
  6. Add white sauce and cook until thick
