Ginger Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken wings cut in 12
- 13 c soy sauce
- 14 c brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 3 Tbsp finely chopped ginger root fresh is better
- 1 clove garlic minced or chopped
Directions
- Mix well and pour over wings
- Refrigerate and marinate for 3 to 5 hours
- Broil and add a little sauce at a time
- Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until crisp
