Ginger Creams
Ingredients
- 1 12 c brown sugar
- 1 c shortening margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 c molasses
- 4 c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp ginger
- 1 c hot water
Directions
- Add hot water last
- Bake until its brown and center springs back
- Bake on shallow cookie sheet in 350 oven
- Can glaze with powdered sugar frosting
