Ginger Lemon Marinade
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 12 tsp red wine vinegar
- 4 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp minced ginger root
- 12 tsp ground coriander
- 12 tsp ground fennel seed optional
Directions
- In a small bowl combine lemon juice water vegetable oil vinegar sugar sesame oil ginger coriander and fennel seed optional mix well
- Use to marinate chicken fish or veal Remove meat and boil marinade for 3 to 5 minutes until thickened Brush over meat before cooking
- Makes 12 cup
