Ginger Oat Cakes

Ingredients
- 1 12 c milk
- 34 c oats quick cooking or regular
- 1 c flour
- 1 12 tsp baking powder
- 34 tsp cinnamon
- 14 to 12 tsp ginger
- 14 tsp baking soda
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 beaten egg
- 3 beaten egg whites
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 Tbsp molasses
Directions
- Heat milk over low heat until just hot stirring occasionally Stir in oats
- Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes Combine flour baking powder cinnamon ginger soda and salt
