Ginger Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 c sifted flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp ginger
- 14 tsp salt
- 34 c shortening
- 1 13 c sugar
- 14 c molasses
- 1 egg
- 1 box Duncan Hines cake mix devils food
- 12 c oil I use Crisco
- 2 eggs
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Blend cake mix oil and eggs
- Stir in chocolate chips
- Place by level teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheets
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes
