Ginger Syllabub

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Advocaat liqueur
  • 2 Tbsp ginger preserves heaping
  • 12 pt double whipping cream fresh and stiffly whipped

Directions

  1. Mix Advocaat and preserves well together
  2. Fold into the cream
  3. Gently transfer into a serving dish
  4. Put in refrigerator for a few hours
  5. When set decorate with a few ginger pieces Serves 4 to 5
