Gingerbread Cake

Ingredients

• 2 12 c all purpose flour
• 1 tsp ginger
• 14 tsp cloves
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 c sugar
• 1 c boiling water
• 1 34 tsp soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 2 eggs beaten
• 1 c molasses
• 12 c shortening

Directions

1. Mix all dry ingredients cream sugar shortening add molasses blend all togetherPour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until center springs back Cool in pan cut into squares
