Gingerbread Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 c white flour
- 34 c wheat flour
- 14 c sugar
- 14 c brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 14 tsp cloves
- 14 tsp allspice
- 14 tsp nutmeg
- 34 c buttermilk
- 13 c oil
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 14 c molasses
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients in large bowl set aside
- In large bowl mix buttermilk oil egg egg white and molasses
- Add to the dry mixture and stir lightly DO NOT OVERMIX
- Drop into muffin tins Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees
