Gingersnap Crust

Ingredients

  • 14 c butter or margarine
  • 1 12 c ground gingersnaps about 40
  • 14 c granulated sugar

Directions

  1. Melt butter or margarine in a small saucepan
  2. Remove from heat
  3. Stir in gingersnaps and sugar
  4. Press evenly into the bottom of an oiled 9-inch spring-form pan and freeze until needed
