Gizzard Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken gizzards
  • 8 oz can mushrooms with juice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 box julienne potatoes with cheese
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp pepper
  • 12 tsp garlic powder
  • 12 tsp celery salt
  • 2 c water

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in large casserole dish
  2. Bake at 350 for 2 hours stirring occasionally or until gizzards are tender
  3. Or use a crock-pot reducing water to 1 cup and cooking on low for 9 hours
