Gizzard Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken gizzards
- 8 oz can mushrooms with juice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 box julienne potatoes with cheese
- 1 large chopped onion
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 12 tsp garlic powder
- 12 tsp celery salt
- 2 c water
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in large casserole dish
- Bake at 350 for 2 hours stirring occasionally or until gizzards are tender
- Or use a crock-pot reducing water to 1 cup and cooking on low for 9 hours
