Glazed Butterflies

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. wonton skins
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- peanut oil
- 1 c. water
Directions
- Twist each wonton skin in the center to resemble a butterfly. Heat peanut oil to 375° in saucepan or electric skillet.
- Deep fry each skin in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towel.
