Glazed CarrotsMicrowave Dish

Ingredients
- 6 carrots peeled and sliced crosswise
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 14 c brown sugar packed
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
Directions
- In 2-quart casserole cook carrots in water on High for 9 to 10 minutes stirring twice drain
- Cover and set aside
- Melt butter on High for 30 seconds
- Stir in brown sugar salt and mustard
- Pour over drained carrots cover
- Heat on High for 2 minutes
- Serves 4
