Glazed Chicken

Ingredients

• 6 to 10 chicken pieces
• 1 small bottle Russian dressing
• 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
• 1 medium jar apricot preserves

Directions

1. Wash chicken pieces
2. In a dish mix together Russian dressing onion soup mix and apricot preserves
3. Dip each piece of chicken into mixture and place in pan
4. Bake in oven at 350 for 30 minutes
5. Turn chicken over
6. Brush with left over mixture and bake until done
