Glazed Fruit And Franks

Ingredients
- 1 small jar apricot preserves
- 13 c lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 1 can pineapple chunks drained
- 1 pkg cocktail franks
- 1 large red apple cored and cubed
- 1 large can mandarin orange segments
Directions
- In saucepan combine preserves lemon juice cornstarch and cinnamon Cook and stir until well blended and slightly thickened Stir in franks and pineapple Heat through Just before serving stir in apples and oranges Serve warm
