Glazed Gingered Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 12 stick butter
- 12 c packed brown sugar
- 12 tsp ginger
Directions
- Cook carrots unseasoned until tender drain well
- Place carrots in skillet
- Add butter brown sugar and ginger
- Ccook over medium heat until mixture begins to bubble
- Turn heat down to low and baste often
- Continue cooking for 30 minutes and basting until they are well glazed
