Glazed Ham Hors DOeuvres

Ingredients
- 8 Melba thin sliced white bread toasted
- 4 oz thinly sliced cooked ham
- Parsley-Pimiento Glaze
Directions
- Divide ham evenly among toast slices
- Put on cake rack with jelly-roll pan underneath
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons glaze over each sandwich glaze that runs into pan can be spooned up melted and reused
- Chill until glaze is set then with kitchen shears dipped in water cut each sandwich in 8 triangles
- Make 64 triangles about 12 calories each
