Glazed Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- 4 to 6 lamb chops, 3/4-inch thick
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp. honey
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
Directions
- Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.
- Brown both sides well under broiler.
- Drain all fat.
- Place in oiled baking dish. Combine curry powder, orange juice, lemon juice and honey.
- Pour over chops and bake in a preheated 350° oven for 30 to 45 minutes. Add oranges to sauce for last 5 minutes to warm them.
