Glazed Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 2 eggs beaten
• 23 c milk
• 2 tsp salt
• 14 tsp pepper
• 3 slices bread cubed
• 23 c finely chopped onion
• 23 c shredded raw carrot
• 1 12 c shredded Cheddar cheese
• 2 lb ground beef
• 14 c brown sugar
• 14 c ketchup
• 1 Tbsp prepared mustard

Directions

1. Stir together eggs milk slat pepper and bread
2. Beat until bread is broken up
3. Add onion carrot cheese and beef
4. Mix well
5. Form into a large loaf in center of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan
6. Bake in a moderate oven at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes
7. Combine sugar ketchup and mustard
8. Spread over meat loaf and continue baking 15 minutes
