Glazed Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb ground beef
• 1 c bread crumbs
• 1 c milk
• 12 c minced onion
• 1 small green pepper chopped
• 3 Tbsp tomato sauce
• 1 Tbsp horseradish
• 1 12 tsp salt
• 1 egg
• 18 tsp pepper
• 3 Tbsp brown sugar
• 3 Tbsp soy sauce

Directions

1. In a large bowl combine ground beef bread crumbs milk egg onion 2 tablespoons tomato sauce horseradish salt and pepper Mix well Put in loaf pan Combine remaining ingredients and spread over meat loaf Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes
