Glazed Meatballs
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 lb regular country sausage
- 5 slices bread torn into small pieces
- 2 eggs
- 1 12 c milk
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 12 tsp pepper
- 12 tsp rubbed sage
- 14 tsp garlic powder
- 14 tsp basil
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well
- Form into baseball size balls Place in shallow baking dishes sprayed with Pam
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 40 minutes
- Glaze with Brown Sugar Glaze below and bake 20 minutes
- Makes 12 meatballs
- Leftovers can be frozen and are great microwaved
