Glazed Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb regular country sausage
  • 5 slices bread torn into small pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 12 c milk
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 12 tsp pepper
  • 12 tsp rubbed sage
  • 14 tsp garlic powder
  • 14 tsp basil

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients well
  2. Form into baseball size balls Place in shallow baking dishes sprayed with Pam
  3. Bake uncovered at 350 for 40 minutes
  4. Glaze with Brown Sugar Glaze below and bake 20 minutes
  5. Makes 12 meatballs
  6. Leftovers can be frozen and are great microwaved
