Glazed Pecans
Ingredients
- 2 c pecans
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp cold water
- 34 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Beat egg white with the cold water
- Mix all together and bake at 300 on a cookie sheet for 30 minutes
- Remove and pour immediately onto waxed paper
- Serve
