Glazed Pecans

Ingredients
- 12 lb 2 c pecan halves
- 1 c sugar
- 12 c water
- 14 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 12 tsp vanilla
- 34 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Heat nuts in oven at 250 for 15 minutes
- Cook sugar water salt and spices to soft ball stage
- Do not stir
- Add vanilla Stir in nuts until creamy and thoroughly coated
- Pour on waxed paper
- Separate nuts as they cool
