Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 6 34-inch pork chops
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 12 c light corn syrup
- 14 tsp ginger
- 18 tsp ground cloves
- 18 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 12 c water
- 1 lb can peach halves
- 14 c peach syrup
Directions
- Brown pork chops on both sides in skillet over medium heat and pour off excess fat
- Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper
- Drain peaches reserving 14 cup syrup
