Glazed Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients

• 3 c cooked mashed potatoes
• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 egg
• 1 stick butter
• 14 tsp nutmeg

Directions

1. Put butter or oleo in hot mashed potatoes stir until butter is melted
2. Add sugar slightly beaten egg and flavoring
3. Pour into unbaked 9-inch crust
4. Sprinkle 14 sugar over top of pie
5. Wait until sugar becomes moist then put into oven
6. Bake at 350 until done and glaze has formed
