GlenndaS Baked Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 10 to 12 medium potatoes
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1 8 oz box pasteurized processed American cheese
  • 1 c mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Boil potatoes with peeling on
  2. Peel and dice potatoes
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Fry bacon crisp break into pieces
  5. Dice onions add bacon and onions to potatoes
  6. Heat cheese and mayonnaise until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth
  7. Pour cheese mixture over potato mixture
  8. Put in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan
  9. Bake at 350 until light brown
