GlenndaS Baked Potato Salad
Ingredients
- 10 to 12 medium potatoes
- 2 medium onions
- 1 lb bacon
- 1 8 oz box pasteurized processed American cheese
- 1 c mayonnaise
Directions
- Boil potatoes with peeling on
- Peel and dice potatoes
- Salt to taste
- Fry bacon crisp break into pieces
- Dice onions add bacon and onions to potatoes
- Heat cheese and mayonnaise until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth
- Pour cheese mixture over potato mixture
- Put in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan
- Bake at 350 until light brown
