GloriaS Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

• 1 9-inch baked pie shell
• 1 pkg strawberry Jell-O regular
• 1 16 oz or 2 10 oz pkg frozen strawberries defrosted and drained
• 1 c juice
• 1 pt strawberry ice cream

Directions

1. Heat juice until boiling
2. Remove from heat
3. Add Jell-O Stir until dissolved
4. Add ice cream
5. Stir until dissolved Refrigerate until mixture mounds itself
6. Fold in berries
7. Pour into baked pie shell
8. Refrigerate until set
9. Top with whipped cream
10. Use Dream Whip
