Glorified Heavenly Rice
Ingredients
- 1 c cold cooked rice
- 1 12 c crushed pineapple drained
- 1 c whipping cream whipped
- 12 c sugar
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 8 marshmallows cut up
Directions
- Mix all ingredients
- Chill very thoroughly before serving Serves 6 to 8
- If you choose to use Cool Whip add just before serving instead of whipping cream
