Glorified Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 6 12-inch thick pork chops
- 1 10 34 oz can cream of celery soup
- 14 c water
- hot cooked rice with peas
Directions
- In skillet in hot oil cook pork chops until browned
- Spoon off fat
- In skillet combine soup and water
- Heat to boiling Return chops to skillet cover and cook over very low heat for 35 minutes
- Serve over rice and peas
