Glorified Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 6 12-inch thick pork chops
  • 1 10 34 oz can cream of celery soup
  • 14 c water
  • hot cooked rice with peas

Directions

  1. In skillet in hot oil cook pork chops until browned
  2. Spoon off fat
  3. In skillet combine soup and water
  4. Heat to boiling Return chops to skillet cover and cook over very low heat for 35 minutes
  5. Serve over rice and peas
