Glorious Macaroni

Ingredients

• 1 8 oz pkg macaroni shells or twists work best
• 2 c sharp Cheddar cheese shredded 8 oz
• 14 c chopped onion
• 1 2 oz jar diced pimento drained
• 1 2 12 oz jar sliced mushrooms drained
• 1 Tbsp margarine
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

1. Cook macaroni and drain
2. Saute onion pimento and mushrooms in butter
3. Combine macaroni onion mixture and remaining ingredients mix well
4. Spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole
5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
