Ingredients

  • 5 white potatoes medium
  • 1 12 c flour
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Cook potatoes drain and mash
  2. Let the potatoes cool
  3. Add the egg and mix well
  4. Add all flour until stiff enough to handle without sticking
