Gold Kist Pecan Pie

Ingredients

• 14 lb margarine
• 2 c sugar
• 1 12 c corn syrup Karo
• 6 eggs
• 12 tsp salt
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 c pecan halves or pieces

Directions

1. Cream butter
2. Add sugar creaming until light and fluffy Add slightly beaten eggs and other ingredients
3. When all is blended pour into unbaked pie shell
4. Bake on lower shelf of oven at 350 for 45 minutes
5. Makes two 9-inch pies
