Gold Shipment Broiled Chicken

Ingredients

• 3 Tbsp butter
• 1 3 lb chicken cut into pieces
• 1 12 tsp salt
• 14 c honey
• 14 c prepared mustard
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions

1. Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with foil
2. Melt the butter in the pan Place chicken skin side down in the pan and sprinkle with 12 teaspoon of salt
3. Blend the remaining salt honey mustard and lemon juice
4. Brush half of the honey mixture on the chicken Bake in a 350 oven for 30 minutes
5. Turn the chicken and brush with the remaining honey mixture
6. Bake for 30 minutes more or until the chicken is tender
7. Serves 4
