Golden Apple Pie

Ingredients

• 6 to 7 golden Delicious apples
• 14 c sugar
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 12 tsp cinnamon
• 14 tsp ginger
• 14 tsp salt
• 18 tsp mace optional
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
• cream or milk
• pastry for 2 crust pie

1. Peel apples core and slice thinly to measure 7 cups
