Golden Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes
- 13 c flour
- 13 c Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 6 Tbsp margarine
Directions
- Peel and quarter potatoes
- Combine flour cheese salt and pepper in plastic bag
- Moisten potatoes
- Drop in bag and shake well
- Melt margarine in 13 x 9-inch baking dish
- Arrange potatoes in one layer
- Bake at 425
- Turn once
