Golden Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

• 6 large potatoes
• 13 c flour
• 13 c Parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp salt
• 14 tsp pepper
• 6 Tbsp margarine

Directions

1. Peel and quarter potatoes
2. Combine flour cheese salt and pepper in plastic bag
3. Moisten potatoes
4. Drop in bag and shake well
5. Melt margarine in 13 x 9-inch baking dish
6. Arrange potatoes in one layer
7. Bake at 425
8. Turn once
