Golden Cream Soup

Ingredients
- 3 c chopped peeled potatoes
- 12 c sliced celery
- 12 c sliced carrots
- 12 c onion
- 12 tsp parsley flakes
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 12 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 12 c milk
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese cubed
Directions
- Combine potatoes celery carrots onion parsley flakes bouillon cube salt and pepper plus 3 to 4 cups water in a large saucepan
- Simmer covered for 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender
