Golden Cream Soup

Ingredients

• 3 c chopped peeled potatoes
• 12 c sliced celery
• 12 c sliced carrots
• 12 c onion
• 12 tsp parsley flakes
• 1 chicken bouillon cube
• 12 tsp salt
• dash of pepper
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 1 12 c milk
• 8 oz Velveeta cheese cubed

Directions

1. Combine potatoes celery carrots onion parsley flakes bouillon cube salt and pepper plus 3 to 4 cups water in a large saucepan
2. Simmer covered for 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender
