Golden Cream Soup
Ingredients
- 6 c chopped potatoes
- 2 c water
- 1 c celery slices
- 1 c carrot slices
- 12 c chopped onions
- 2 tsp parsley flakes
- 3 tsp vegetable bouillon
- 1 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 3 c milk
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 12 lb Velveeta cheese cubed
Directions
- In large saucepan combine potatoes water celery carrots onion parsley flakes bouillon and seasonings mix well
- Cover simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender Gradually add milk to flour mixing until well blended
- Add milk mixture to vegetables cook until thickened
- Add Velveeta stir until melted
- Makes 8 to 10 servings
