Golden Glow Salad
Ingredients
- 1 pkg lemon jello small
- 1 c boiling water
- 1 small can crushed pineapple and juice
- juice of 1 lemon
- 12 c chopped celery
- 1 c grated carrots
- pinch of salt
Directions
- Dissolve jello in boiling water
- Add pineapple juice lemon juice crushed pineapple grated carrots and celery
- Pour into molds and chill until firm
