Golden Glow Salad

Ingredients
- 12 large marshmallows
- 1 c pineapple juice
- 1 3 oz pkg lemon jello
- 1 c boiling water
- 1 No 2 can crushed pineapple drained
- 6 medium grated carrots
- 1 6 oz pkg cream cheese
Directions
- Dissolve jello in boiling water and cool
- Melt marshmallows in pineapple juice over low heat
- Fold until smooth
- Blend cheese carrots and pineapple
- When gelatin cools blend together all ingredients
- Pour into mold and chill several hours
