Golden Glow Salad

Ingredients

• 12 large marshmallows
• 1 c pineapple juice
• 1 3 oz pkg lemon jello
• 1 c boiling water
• 1 No 2 can crushed pineapple drained
• 6 medium grated carrots
• 1 6 oz pkg cream cheese

Directions

1. Dissolve jello in boiling water and cool
2. Melt marshmallows in pineapple juice over low heat
3. Fold until smooth
4. Blend cheese carrots and pineapple
5. When gelatin cools blend together all ingredients
6. Pour into mold and chill several hours
