Golden Harvest Soup
Ingredients
- 12 c chopped onion
- 1 tsp basil leaves crushed
- 2 cans Campbells golden mushroom soup
- 1 16 oz can stewed tomatoes
- 1 c diced ham
- 1 medium clove garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 cans water
- 1 12 c diced cooked chicken
- 1 12 c uncooked medium egg noodles
Directions
- In a large heavy pan cook onion and garlic with basil in butter until tender
- Stir in golden mushroom soup and water
- Add remaining ingredients
- Bring to a boil
- Reduce heat and cook ten minutes or until noodles are done
