Golden Hominy Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 stick oleo
• 1 onion chopped
• 1 8 oz Jar Jalapeno Cheese Whiz
• 2 cans Golden Hominy drained
• 1 can Mushroom soup
• 1 can condensed milk

Directions

1. Saute oleo and onions
2. Add hominy and Cheese Whiz
3. Dilute mushroom soup with 1 can milk
4. Combine with other ingredients Pour into a baking dish and layer with crushed Fritos
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
