Golden LambS Sauerkraut Balls

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ham
- 1 lb lean pork
- 12 lb sauerkraut
- 2 c flour
- 2 c milk
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- cracker or bread crumbs
Directions
- Grind ham and pork together and saute until brown
- Add flour milk and dry mustard and cook until thick
- Cook sauerkraut separately
- Grind the sauerkraut and meat mixture together Return to stove and cook until thick
- Cool
- Shape
- Roll in flour
- Dip in milk
- Roll in cracker or bread crumbs
- Fry in deep fat at 350 until brown
