Golden Parmesan Potatoes
Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes
- 14 c flour
- 14 c Parmesan cheese
- 13 c butter or oleo
- 34 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
Directions
- Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch baking dish
- Peel potatoes
- Cut into quarters the long way
- Combine flour cheese salt and pepper in a plastic bag
- Moisten potatoes with water and shake a few at a time in bag coating them well with the cheese mixture Place potatoes in one layer in the baking dish
- Sprinkle any leftover cheese mixture over the potatoes
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour turning once during baking
