Golden Top Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 egg
- 2 c noodles
- 1 mushroom gravy mix
- 1 can French fried onions
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
Directions
- Heat oven to 375
- Grease 2-quart casserole
- Cook noodles according to package directions
- Brown meat and drain
- Put into casserole and mix in 12 can of onions
- Prepare gravy mix according to package directions except increase water to 1 14 cups
- When thickened add 12 cup sour cream mixing well
- Drain noodles
- Return to pan
- Pour and stir in the gravy mixture Spread this over the meatonions in casserole
- To remaining sour cream add egg and seasoned salt mixing well with a fork
- Pour over noodles making sure all are covered
- Bake for 25 minutes uncovered
- Top with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes more Serves 4 to 6
