Good Friday Rice

Ingredients
- 34 stick butter or oleo
- 1 c finely chopped onion
- 1 c regular rice
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 can chicken broth
Directions
- Saute onions in butter until golden and limp
- Add rice and saute until golden
- Pour in cans of broth and mix well
- Bake in a 2-quart casserole at 350 for approximately 40 to 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed microwave approximately 15 minutes
