Goulash
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 small onion
- 1 8 oz box elbow macaroni
- 4 15 oz cans tomatoes
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 small 1 lb box Velveeta
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Cook macaroni
- Drain
- While macaroni is cooking brown ground meat and onion with salt to taste
- Add all ingredients in large pot or Dutch oven
- Cook on low until cheese is melted and all ingredients are blended stirring often to prevent sticking Serves 8
